7 mindset shifts that will radically improve your life right now

UNWAVERING BELIEF IN YOURSELF.

People underestimate the power of a positive mentality, whether you believe you can or you believe you can’t, you are right. Recognise your worth and value. Move forward and push aside your fears and self-doubts.

COMMITMENT

Decide what you want in life and commit to it and you will never, ever give up. Commit to your goals. Work on it daily.  No matter how hard is it, no matter how bad it gets, you are going to make it.

PATIENCE

All things take time, the best things in life are always worth waiting for and always take longer. Work hard and have patience. Because no matter who you are, you’re going to get hurt, and you are going to fail over and over again. Not only in your career but in your relationships and you have to be patient to get through this and never, ever give up despite these battles. A person who is a master of patience is master of everything else.

PERSEVERANCE

Your dreams will take time, do not give up. Make a promise to yourself to never stop. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. You only fail when you stop trying, keep going, stay committed and believe in yourself even when nobody else seems to believe in you.

CONSISTENT ACTION

Take consistent daily actions. Do the ground work. Create a system that turns into a habit.  Don’t wait for it to happen. Make it happen. Make your own future. Make your own path.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Work hard and work SMART. Education doesn’t end after university, self develop, read, create healthy habit. Improve your life. Grow and learn constantly. Get feedback from what you have done in the past. Use mistakes as growth. Be a student for life. A dream becomes a goal when action is taken toward its achievement.

SELF FORGIVENESS

We are sometimes our worst enemy. It is important that we forgive ourselves for making mistakes. We need to learn from our errors and move on. Don’t be so hard on yourself. You are doing the best you can.

GRATITUDE

Always focus on what you are grateful for. Do not live in the past of the future. Be in love with your life right now, think of what you are grateful for RIGHT NOW. And you will attract more positive things into your life. Worrying will not change any circumstances in your life, but being positive can and will change your life.

    I dig each of these shifts Hayley. Following my passion and committing to it fully made a difference in my life. The key was to get my energy right, facing and embracing and releasing my fears, to do things mainly from an energy of love and fun. Fabulous points.
